  • Description: Vana’s (Marlen Papoulia) unsuccessful attempt to convince her family to accept Angelos (Kostas Kakkavas), the man she loves, disappoints him, and he journeys abroad. However, the rich family’s affairs soon change, and the poverty destroys the bonds between family members. Vana manages to survive working as a dancer and lives at the house of her former housemaid. Angelos’ return saves Vana from misery, and the two of them end up together again.
